An intellectual property specialist with over two decades of experience advising domestic and international companies on the protection and enforcement of their Intellectual Property assets.

Throughout his professional practice, he has been directly involved in registration strategies, oppositions, nullity and cancellation actions, administrative proceedings, and Intellectual Property enforcement, as well as in the design of comprehensive protection schemes for trade dress, copyright, and other distinctive signs, particularly within highly competitive industries.

His approach goes beyond formal compliance. It is based on a clear premise:

intellectual property is not merely a legal right; it is a strategic asset with tangible economic impact.

Accordingly, his practice is distinguished by integrating strategy with risk assessment, business judgment, and return-on-investment considerations, enabling companies to make informed decisions on how to protect, exploit, and strengthen their intangible asset portfolios.

César combines a solid professional background with an agile, digital, and results-driven operating model, allowing him to deliver high-level technical solutions without the operational rigidity of traditional law firms. This approach enables close, strategic engagement with entrepreneurs and companies seeking clarity, strategy, and precise execution.

Currently, his practice is particularly focused on:

  • Strategic trademark protection and enforcement.
  • Intellectual Property enforcement and dispute resolution.
  • Trademark portfolio strengthening and risk-shielding strategies.
